You must be at least 13 years old to use Lepus. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Share illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Use the service to distribute malware or conduct phishing.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

Content

You retain ownership of content you share. By using Lepus, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the service.

Content Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior. We review reports and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Lepus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
