Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?: Open the app → tap your profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, messages, and all associated data.
How do I block a user?: Open the chat with the user → tap the user's name at the top → Block. Blocked users cannot send you messages or call you.
How do I report inappropriate content?: Open the chat or profile of the user → tap the menu (⋮) → Report. Select a reason and submit. We review all reports.
How do I change my password?: Open the app → tap your profile → Settings → Change Password.
I forgot my password: Contact us at [email protected] from the email associated with your account, and we will assist you.
Is my data secure?: All connections use TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. See our Privacy Policy for details.
